Unfortunately our trip to this years Spring Fair at The NEC had to be cancelled as the writer of this blog (that's me!) managed to inflame the tendons in his foot and wasn't able to stand, let alone drive to Birmingham and walk around the NEC all day!
It was a bit of a blow and means we'll be missing this years event. We are, however, rearranging a trip to Birmingham to see one specific supplier that we really did want to see.
The foot is much better now, I can even make it to the kettle and back, so normal service has been resumed!!!

Tuesday February 9th
BEW will be visiting The Spring Fair at NEC on Tuesday February 9th, and also calling in to see a supplier while we're in the Birmingham area.
Any e-mails, phone messages etc. will be attended to on our return on Wednesday 10th.
We'll let you know how we get on at the fair, who meet and who we chat with. There's sure to be suppliers and artists galore to see........

A very good friend of ours at www.bigemptywall.com has reached the national final of the Metro.co.uk photographic competition 'One Moment In My City'.
He now needs a many votes as possible to win the top prize of £5000 travel vouchers.
